StagePilot partnered with Barns Courtney to create a safe but personal VIP experience on tour.

With COVID still lingering in 2022, we wanted to balance the safety of Barns and his crew with the desire to offer VIP fans an intimate, backstage experience. The result was a hybrid, in-person and virtual,VIP experience.

The in-person VIP experience included exclusive merchandise, early access to the venue and a pre-show Q&A session withBarns. That was coupled with virtual Meet & Greets, hosted on StagePilot’s platform, offering each VIP fan a private, and safe, one-on-one conversation with Barns.
